Pavel Plotnitskii is a PhD student in the KAUST Earth Science program. He graduated from Novosibirsk StateUniversity in Russia with Master’s degree in Geophysics in 2018.His experience and research interests are related to Seismic Imaging, High Performance Computing (HPC) andMachine Learning. Pavel is enthusiastic about accelerating seismic geophysical applications, such as wavefieldmodeling, RTM, Full Waveform Inversion (FWI), with HPC.
